Our mission is to support and to promote the Turkish culinary culture, so our menus include only different types of Turkish cuisine. Turkish food is very various depending on different geographies, and we try to cover most of these different faces, so our guests have an overall idea.

We mostly cook Ottoman dishes, spicy South East Turkish cuisine and tasty and healthy Eastern Mediterranean dishes. But sometimes we also prepare examples from Central Anatolian Food and Black See food too. And no Turkish dish is finished without a sweet dessert, so we finish our class with a classic like Baklava, Smokey Rice Pudding, Semolina Halva with Ice Cream or a Pumpkin Dessert with Tahini.

We offer different options like Vegetarian Menu, Vegan Menu and Wheatfree menu for our gluten alergic friends too.
