Lahmacun is a tasty dish where fresh dough meets tasty spices, vegetables and minced meat (but, hey, vegan options are available and they are getting more often every day, like in this photo). Baked in an old stone oven with turkish ceramics around makes it even tastier. Best way to eat it is to put the parsley, tomatoes, onions inside, some lemon juice, some sumak and maybe a bit of spicy chilli peppers and make a wrap.
You can find Lahmacun everywhere in Turkey. This photo was taken in Kadıköy, a very tasty Lahmacun shop. You can find diffrent types, including Vegan.
